STEP ONE: Tenants place up to two secured trash bags in their waste bins provided by Door Step Valet

STEP TWO: Waste bins should be placed outside each resident's doorstep within a two hour window prior to the scheduled start time

STEP THREE: When service begins, our trained runners move door -to -door until collection is complete

To maintain efficiency, we dispose of the collected waste at the onsite compactor provided by the residential property we're servicing.
